SHIPPING

Shipping begins when your item(s) leave our distribution facility.

​

Please allow 48 hours for processing before your order is shipped. However, in most cases orders are processed within 24 hours if placed by 12 PM CST. Two-day shipping must be placed before 12 PM CST to be processed the same business day. If placed after 12 PM CST, the order(s) will be processed the following business day. At this time, next day deliveries are not offered until we can secure a reasonable shipping-rate from a carrier to benefit our customers.

All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the Monday following, unless the Monday following is a holiday and therefore orders will be processed on the next business day. All orders placed on holidays will be processed on the first business day following the holiday. All orders are shipped through USPS and UPS. No Sunday deliveries are offered at this time.

At this time, we are only able to send orders to locations in the United States. We are hoping to offer shipping to our friends outside the U.S. very soon.

RETURNS

We will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise with clothing tag attached for a full refund within 2 weeks of original purchase by filling out the return form included in your original order accompanied with original receipt. No Exceptions! Final sale items are just that, final sale and no returns are accepted. Original shipping charges are not eligible on orders that were shipped correctly or if you simply changed your mind. However, returns are free and a return-shipping label will be sent to you via email on orders incorrectly shipped, duplicated orders, defective or damaged product, or if you simply are not satisfied with the product.

 

Please Note: Refunds will be made in the original form of payment and could take up to one full billing cycle for the credit to be reflected on your account.

EXCHANGES

​

 If you would like to process an exchange, you may do so by filling out the exchange form included in your original order accompanied with original receipt. We will ship to the same shipping address listed on the original order. If the item requested is not in stock at the time the exchange item is received, we will refund your original form of payment. Please note most exchanges may take up to 14 days to completely process.
